Lauren, Practice Manager/Client Service Representative
Lauren attended the University of Buffalo for Business Administration and Marketing until 2013. She joined our team in 2016 with 15 years of customer service experience, she started as a client service representative and now manages the practice but she still helps as a CSR! Outside of work she enjoys spending her time with her family. Lauren and her husband Seth have one daughter Audrey and three sons, Silas, Caleb, and Ezra. Their favorite family activities are cooking and baking together. Lauren even squeezes in time for yoga & reading to relax. She has one cat named Beau, and a dachshund mix pup named Sasha!
Nikki, Lead Client Service Representative/Social Media Specialist
Nikki joined APH July of 2025 and brought along with her TEN YEARS of experience in the veterinary field! Before that she graduated from Springville Griffith Institue in 2010 and worked at a few places until finding her passion working with animals! When she is not greeting our clients and their pets, she loves spending time with family, doing crafts (she has her own etsy shop!) gardening, and working on her farm. She has tons of animals- her dogs are Myla (mixed), Archer (border collie mix) and Sage (Australian Shepard mix). Her cats are Meadow and Sol, and she has 17 chickens! Nikki lived in Texas for 7 years, but came back because it was H O T, and she loves winter. And where else can you get a good winter except for Buffalo? She is a great addition to our team, and joined at the perfect time!
Sarah, Client Service Representative
Sarah joined APH the summer of 2024, having a background in teaching which includes kindergarten, preschool, and substitute teaching! She obtained her Master's degree in early childhood education from the University at Buffalo. Sarah has a border collie named "Rowan" who is also a receptionist here (haha!), a guppy fish named "Sushi," and a water frog named "Frankenstein!" Outside of making the staff of APH laugh with her witty sense of humor, she enjoys gardening, reading, retail therapy at TJMaxx and being with family and friends. A fun little tidbit about Sarah is that she won first place in a Macarena dance contest- she is a great addition here at APH and we are so excited to have her on our team!
Kaite, Client Service Representative/Assistant
Kaite accepted a position at APH in early 2026, bringing along with her over 15 years of customer service at a variety of different places- one being a park greeter at Hollywood studios (how fun- Mickey Mouse was her boss!) She has extensive veterinary knowledge and is currently in school at Trocaire College for Veterinary Technician, having previously attended Ohio University for general studies and film media! She has three cat besties named Maribelle, Mika & Milo muffin man (you may see Kaite and Muffin walking around town- he loves his stroller!) Whether it be cleaning, watching movies, cooking, reading or gardening- Kaite loves being at home when not at work. She also loves history and has traveled to Germany. She is a HUGE Josh Gates fan - (expedition unknown) and met him last May.
It is exciting for us to have such a well rounded individual join us, with a positive attitude, and a willingness to move around the hospital learning other roles. You will see her in the front as a receptionist and in the back as an assistant- and eventually as a LVT!

Caitlin, Client Service Representative
Caitlin is a graduate of Holland High School. She also holds degrees in Veterinary Technology and in Business Management. Caitlin worked at Aurora Pet Hospital from 2005-2011 as a veterinary assistant, left for a brief time, and returned in 2013. She is now at Roswell full time but still works weekends with us! Caitlin and her husband Adam have one giant Alaskan malamute; Kuma. She and Adam enjoy dirt biking, snowmobiling, kayaking, hiking, and just about anything outdoors. If she has to be indoors she loves scrap-booking. Caitlin and Adam have two daughters, Adaline and Eliana!
