Lauren, Practice Manager

Lauren attended the University of Buffalo for Business Administration and Marketing until 2013.  She joined our team in 2016 with 15 years of customer service experience, she started as a client service representative and now manages the practice but she still helps as a CSR! Outside of work she enjoys spending her time with her growing family. Lauren and her husband Seth have one daughter Audrey and three sons, Silas, Caleb, and Ezra. Their favorite family activities are cooking and baking together. Lauren even squeezes in time for yoga & reading to relax.  Lauren has one cat named Beau, and recently foster failed- and has a loving puppy named Sasha!

Kerry, Client Service Representative

​Kerry is a graduate of East Aurora High School, and joined us in 2013 with 17 years of veterinary experience. When she is not at work, Kerry can be found teaching Zumba classes, swimming, and gardening. She loves spending time with her husband Sean, daughter Paige and their dogs Boone and Willie. 

Jeff, Client Service Representative

Aurora Pet Hospital welcomed the addition of Jeff in December 2023! He brings along with him 8 years of customer service experience, starting with collections in 2016. Jeff is a Yorkshire native, graduating from Pioneer High School in 2015, and following that he received a one year Bible certificate from Davis Bible College. Outside of the office he enjoys fishing, gaming, and the occasional Stephen King novel. He currently has two cats, "Willow" and "Baker" - the biscuit maker! A fun fact about Jeff is that he performs marriages at low to no cost for those in need, if you get the privilege of meeting him here at APH, he is sure to greet you with a welcoming smile!

Caitlin, Client Service Representative

Caitlin is a graduate of Holland High School.  She also holds degrees in Veterinary Technology and in Business Management. Caitlin worked at Aurora Pet Hospital from 2005-2011 as a veterinary assistant, left for a brief time, and returned in 2013. She is now at Roswell full time but still works weekends with us! Caitlin and her husband Adam are the proud parents of 2 Giant Alaskan Malamutes, Kuma & Karma. She and Adam enjoy dirt biking, snowmobiling, kayaking, hiking, and just about anything outdoors. If she has to be indoors she loves scrap-booking. Caitlin and Adam have two daughters, Adaline and Eliana!

Sarah, Client Service Representative

Sarah joined APH the summer of 2024, having a background in teaching which includes kindergarten, preschool, and substitute teaching! She obtained her Master's degree in early childhood education from the University at Buffalo. Sarah has a border collie named "Rowan," a guppy fish named "Sushi," and a water frog named "Frankenstein!" Outside of making the staff of APH laugh with her witty sense of humor, she enjoys gardening, reading, retail therapy at TJMaxx and being with family and friends. A fun little tidbit about Sarah is that she won first place in a Macarena dance contest- she is a great addition here at APH and we are so excited to have her on our team!

Mara, Client Service Representative

Mara is a seasonal receptionist at Aurora Pet Hospital as she is currently studying mathematics with a concentration in statistics & optimization at the University of Alabama! She is also working on her MBA. She recently graduated from OPHS in 2023, she has worked at Pet Supplies Plus, and also works at a Defensive Arts Dojo. She loves to hang out with her dogs, and talks about them all the time! She has a french bulldog named "Ralphie" and a pitbull mix named "Izzy!" Mara is a super fast learner, and brings lots of new ideas to APH.
