Jessica officially joined our family in August of 2019, but did internships here while getting her Bachelor's Degree from Medaille College. She graduated in May of 2019 and is set to take her licensing exam to be Veterinary Technician in the state of NY. She lives with her husband Nick and their beautiful daughter, Charlie! She has two cats, Berlioz and Toulouse!

Katie, Assistant/Client Service Representative
We welcomed the addition of Katie in December of 2025, and she quickly began learning the ropes here at APH! She has always wanted to work in the veterinary field since she was little, and has a passion for helping animals- we are thrilled we get to help her achieve one of her long time dreams!
Before APH, Katie recently graduated from West Seneca East HS, and worked at camp bow wow for a few years. She moved her way up through the ranks there before deciding to expand her knowledge and begin working as an assistant & CSR with us. When not working she enjoys country concerts, reading and shopping! She has a golden named Charlie, and Samson; a beagle/spaniel mix.
She is a very driven individual and we are so delighted she is a part of our team!
