What to expect when you arrive.
Office hours are by appointment only. As you arrive on site
we ask that you please check in with our receptionists. If you
are new to our facility you will be asked to complete a new client
form. The thoroughness of your answers will provide our doctors
and staff with valuable information and assist us in providing
you and your pet with the best possible care. A New Client Form
can be downloaded and completed in the comfort of your own home,
prior to your visit
.
Because our pets do not always respond in a positive manner to
unfamiliar surroundings, we ask that you keep your pets on a leash
or in a carrier to lessen their stress and keep them safe. If
you do not have a leash, let the receptionists know and they will
happily provide you with one. We do provide separate canine and
feline waiting areas for the comfort of your pets.
Do we have payment plans?
In order to keep operating costs as low as possible, Aurora
Pet Hospital does not extend credit or allow for any type of
payment plans. For your convenience we accept cash, personal checks, when accompanied
with a driver’s license, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
For those unexpected emergencies we also offer Care Credit to
our clients.
What if my pet requires hospitalization?
We have no desire to extend anyone beyond his or her means or
intentions. When necessary, a Treatment/Diagnostic Plan will be provided
before any treatment or surgery is performed. A deposit is required
when your pet is admitted to our hospital.
All accounts must be paid in full before a pet can be discharged. |
